This is a great bed. I purchased this bed for my sons fifth birthday and he absolutely loves it. Wood is sturdy and well put together. I waited until the day before to build it and discovered there was no hardware in any of the boxes so I was quite upset. Used the live chat to try and sort the problems don’t it was resolved pretty quickly although I haven’t been refunded my £30 for delivery as I was told I would I’m still very happy with the purchase overall
