Initially when it arrived and seen the parts to it I wasn't impressed but by the time I put it together I was pleased. Very easy to construct and the hardware to keep it together looks sturdy. Only downside was customer service is shocking and the courier service was a joke (only delivered 3 out of 4 boxes, supposedly that was ok from company!!) So had to waste 2 more days waiting.....shocking service but the bed seems good with storage as required!
