Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“Bought a chest of drawers for the bedroom to match the bedside tables - was a pleasant surprise to find this supplier as I didn't know extra matching pieces were available. Website very good and ordering was very easy. Delivery was spot on and very prompt. However, I have deducted one star from the rating as on one leg the screw split the wood. Decided to persevere with finishing the chest. Have used superglue to fix this and hope this will work long term.”

“Good bed overall. Some rethinking of design is required in our opinion. The underbed draws are not actually attached to the main bed frame in anyway. This is ok if the whole bed and draws sit on a carpet as there is no movement of the draws when you open and close a draw. On a wooden surface, however when you open and close a draw the whole draw frame will shift as the fraction between the draw frame and the floor is small compared to with a carpet, requiring realignment. Not a big deal but should have the option to fix to the main bed to prevent movement. The packaging level is also good as when the boxes were delivered there was a lot of external damage to the packaging. We were expecting some of the pieces to have been damaged also. But thanks to the level of internal packaging nothing was damaged. One the one hand it was good to have all this packaging, but there is a lot of polystyrene to dispose of. Perhaps this is more of an issue to address with your delivery partners.”

“The bed was very good quality and instructions were easy to follow. My daughter loves her new bed. However delivery was not that great as the headboard missing, so I had to wait a couple of days for the headboard to be delivered but the company did sort it out quite quickly.”

“Delivery time was a month which was a bit disappointing but that’s the way with most things these days I guess. However we are so pleased with the quality of the bunk beds, they are sturdy and very nicely made. Would definitely recommend, very reasonably priced.”

“Absolutely lovely quality! The bed really is brilliant. The only issue is trying to attach the castle tent part. Can’t seem to figure it out as the instructions aren’t great on that bit. The rest is perfect.”

“The table is well build and substantial. I found it difficult to order on the website and the site confusing but I am pleased with the product. Fortunately the product was packed extremely well as the box was dented, ripped and fully to bits. It looked substantially packed but as if it had been extremely badly handle in transit. The product was not damaged phew 😅”

“Ordered two items, one was a present for someone else and was delivered earlier than expected which was great. The other item was out of stock but I was advised immediately and given various options including a different colour or wait till new stock came in. I chose the second option and it will be delivered tomorrow. Kept informed all along the process. Very happy with service.”

“We are very happy with the Una Bunk Bed that we purchased from Noa and Nani. It's a very sturdy bed and was relatively straightforward to build. The delivery came very promptly and there were no issues. Our son loves it! However, the cashback process is quite complicated, otherwise, it would have been 5 stars. I'm still not 100% convinced that it is going to come through, but the online chat that I used to get a response was smooth and the advisor was helpful.”

“Very happy with my purchase of the Astrid Single Sleigh bed frame and a Deluxe mattress. Website is easy to navigate, prompt dispatch and delivery and it was fairly easy to put together. My only complaint is that two of the boxes were damaged on delivery but the product was not damaged luckily. My daughter is very pleased with her new bed.”

“We ordered an Una high sleeper bed in silk grey, with the coordinating corner desk. The bed arrived promptly and was relatively easy to put together, however the slats were a bit of a nightmare to fit. There aren’t any predrilled holes for the screws to go into and the instructions stated that no power tools should be used to screw them in. Screwing in the slats took just as much time as building the bed. The bed feels sturdy and desk is very easy to install, it just clips on, but feels very secure. The ladder could do with some nonslip grips as it’s much taller than an average bunk ladder and perhaps a hand rail to help with the climb. Other than that it’s great. There’s plenty of headroom for children underneath the bed, my daughter loves the new addition to her room.”
