I was debating between this bed and another bed by another supplier - I wanted this one because the ladder was flush - it was easy to order and was delivered within a week. However the bed slats delivered were only 12 when it should if been 15 so it took me over 2 weeks to get this resolved by emailing constantly 3 times a day every day. Although the product is really excellent the customer service really lets the company down. We all appreciate Covid has delayed items and staff are furloughed so I feel for the staff but you really shouldn’t take peoples money if you cannot provide the service required. Jodie did reply to me about 2 days after each time and my issue was resolved so I thank her for that. But as a company overall I wouldn’t use again. The bed however was perfect for what I wanted, really stable and good quality.
