Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“Awful experience I Ordered a dressing table that arrived damaged I tried to return it and the courier they use has said it’s been twice yet I have not had one courier visit to my house and jus want this huge box GONE OUT of my house The company takes days to respond also so I’ve been dealing with both us since June .. never again”

“Do not use this company, they lie through and through They sent me a product two years ago, it was damaged however they acted quickly to replace a part. I gave them the opportunity this time again and chose my daughters bed...never again! They use shoddy delivery services, the bed arrived severely damaged, infact every parcel on that van was heavily damaged. It took me over two weeks to address, and finally receive a refund after a change of lies about them sending out my bed again for delivery You can't call and speak to anyone, you can't live chat It's email only and to be Frank I don't believe this firm is as they state they are!”

“Half of the item missing.had to contact you.luckily the driver informed me or I would of never knew.total inconvenience. Had to contact you.still waiting on missing part.asked for partial refund but you was having none of it.was your mistake.”

“Terrible! Took 2 people many hours of work to assemble. Some of the text-free instructions were incomplete. What seemed like almost 1000 screws had to be inserted. The drawers were described in the advertisement as partly metal, but the only metal components were screws and other fittings.”

“This took 5 hours to build. Despite using an electric screwdriver (which it didn’t say you needed, but you definitely needed), it is so wonky and I worry it’s going to collapse!”

“Terrible right through from a lack of delivery information, it turning up unannounced to subsequent missing parts/ boxes. Those parts delivered were poorly painted too. Company didn’t seem to know what was going on but did check in with us so weren’t completely ignored. We now await a second delivery attempt.”

“Unfortunately, I have not received my item that was due to be delivered last week and it has now been over 48 hours since my email and I have not received a reply about it either. The money has been taken from my account though. Disappointing.”

“Unable to review as arrived with badly damaged part in box which I’m surprised passed QC then no way of getting hold of this company to arrange replacement part to be sent - no response to emails, online contact forms and phone not being answered. Would love to be able to review this bed as I think it has potential to be great but stuck unable to assemble due to damaged part and no contact - even more frustrated after paying £40 for quick delivery for a reason. Hopefully the company will contact me so I can assemble bed and leave a review based on its quality not customer service.”

“Unable to review as not opened packaging so not seen mattress. This is due to the bed we ordered at the same time arriving with a badly damaged part in box and no way of getting hold of this company to arrange replacement part to be sent - no response to emails, online contact forms and phone not being answered. Would love to be able to review this mattress but stuck with it still rolled up in packaging as unable to assemble bed that it was ordered with. Hopefully the company will contact me so I can assemble bed and open mattress packaging and leave an accurate review.”

“Hands down the worse customer experience of my life. Paid for named day delivery but only got half my item. Angry but patient, I rearranged to be off from work another day and on the morning of wad told delivery was cancelled. I asked for a full refund and was told they would need to collect the other half. I explained that I could not take another day off work so would leave it outside to be told I would have to be in for collection. I already used my holiday up to be in for two failed deliveries so this isn’t possible for me. I’ve never had to do this but glad I reported this to my bank to get my money back and looking online, lots of people have too. You may have seen the glossy Instagram photos and be lured in, but if you are one of the unlucky ones (search Twitter, there are loads in my position and they delete comments of their Facebook page and Instagram) then you will have a world of pain trying to receive your item or your money back. Don’t gamble and use a reputable company, not these fraudsters who should be utterly ashamed of their existence.”
