Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

Arrived damaged, poor service by company, refund took over 2 month had to deal with it in court

Even though there was 10 in stock on line, they were out of stock so was substituted with a white one. Triple sleeper slats were sent in place until I contacted the company and then the white one was sent.

Appalling. Ordered for my daughter fir Christmas. Took the day off to assemble which from reading other reviews would be no small task. Realised that we had received two boxes the same and couldn't assemble. Couldn't contact despite repeatedly calling. Managed to contact via chat but advised box could not be delivered for Xmas and advised of new date. Box still not her 2 weeks later and no return calls. Assembly is complex and lengthy customer service awful. Good luck

Unfortunately, I can’t write a positive review as I haven’t received the toy box. I haven’t received replies to the numerous emails, voicemails & Facebook messages either. Hopefully this negative review will receive a response.

Recently bought a triple bunk bed online, paid extra for next day delivery. Leg poles were faulty, couldn't contact the customer service as number is not functioning. Emailed them but no answer for four working days including weekend. My sons are sleeping in floor longer than a week. It seems like product quality is good, could have 5 star, but just because of poor customer service I am not happy at all. The whole experience is very bad. My wife and others are disappointed as I have bought this from a cheap market.

Here's a picture of my children's bed....... oh wait they are sleeping on the floor! The 25th of April my order has been "out for dispatch" still no bed, I can't "live chat" with you as it doesn't work emails take 48hrs plus and your choice of courier XDP is a pathetic one as they refuse to take any accountability over anything. I emailed you on the 3rd of may asking where my order was and on the 5th you e-mailed me at 15:06 saying it will be delivered between 12:43-14:43 really handy thanks. Can't get hold of XDP via phone email or there amazing app to rearrange a delivery date that I know about. You as a company are useless your choice of courier is useless your customer service is useless, the overall experience is I will never use you again and I will be telling everyone not to use you and anyone looking for reviews of you on all social media will be told of how truly pathetic this company is and to stay as far away as possible. Luckily trading standards are on my side and I look forward to getting my money back and spending it on a decent company Thanks for nothing

Unfortunately I am unable to review the product I ordered, as I didn’t receive it! I received something completely different😞 was very disappointed. I hope my email will be answered soon in order for this to be rectified very soon. I would like the product I ordered and the product sent in error collected.

Hello, I’m ordering silk grey side table chest , delivery very fast but items in White colour. I tray get in touch with company few times by email, by phone no respond at all .. so we have left no choice to keep White Table Chest … very bad experience

I’ve tried to contact Noa & Nani for the last week, but they are ignoring my emails while spamming me with requests to leave them a 5 star review in exchange of a side table, so I figured I’d adhere to part of their request by doing their review at least. Order was eventually received, but missing parts, which according to the other reviews it appears this is an unfortunate common theme. Wouldn’t order from again and wouldn’t recommend.

Order arrived with 1 box missing. The driver said he only had 2 boxes not 3. Still trying to get a reply from noa !! Not easy. I’ve taken days off work to build these but can’t even start !!! Not impressed

Only received part of the bed and 13 days later still waiting for the rest of it. My daughter has no bed to sleep I Minimal communication from the store, not prioritised to get it any quicker.

As I have not yet received the said item this review would be difficult. If you refer to email sent on 27th May the parcel was not delivered to me.

If only i could review this product , but only part of it has arrived. Customer service advised 1 box was out of stock , but the other boxes had dispatched and asked what i wanted to do: cancel the order or wait for the parts not in stock. I said i would wait and happy to receive as things in stock. But now all I’ve received is the one box of parts that were out of stock and not the parts that were in stock and supposedly dispatched 3 weeks ago . I’ve now been sent an email to review?! Not a great impression of this company and no idea of the product!

So I ordered the bed along with a mattress and draw. Draw and mattress fine no problems however the bed hadn’t been marked up properly for the screws to meet in several places which meant we had to glue places together rather than being able to assemble the bed together properly. My 3 year old had no bed to sleep in as we had just redecorated her room and disposed of her old bed therefore had no time to send it back and wait for a new one to arrive. I tried numerous times to contact them and their contact number just went to a voicemail, I then tried to contact them on social media and asked to called and was replied telling me to send and email I then asked to be called again several times as I wanted to actually speak to someone regarding the issues and was ignored. Having to glue pieces of a bed together is unacceptable and to then not be able to discus my issues with someone was even more frustrating. Personally I would avoid ordering from them again and for those that do be mindful of being ignored if you wanted to discuss any problems

The delivery was long. Got rescheduled at very last minute which was a pain as I'd changed plans to be in for the delivery. When it came the bed was so damaged! Getting in contact with Noa and Nani about it was difficult, they didn't return my messages until a couple days later. Another bed was sent in replacement which was also damaged so was returned. Each time spoke to a different person which told me conflicting things, one "discard the broken bed yourself if you can" the next "please send the broken bed back to us all wrapped and sealed once received we will process a refund.." all was very stressful not a nice experience buying from this company at all. And I bought from them in 2019 not sure what's changed in that time but won't be buying again.

DO NOT BUY FROM NOA AND NANI!!! Awful drawers flimsy poor quality and do not work as runners are faulty. Customer service TERRIBLE non existent, I have emailed at the time and no one has responded we cannot use this chest of drawers and want a full refund!!!
