Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

Awful customer service. We began moving into our new home once my children's beds arrived - when building my sons from Nao and Nani we realised the slats were missing. We had to rush out and find slats I let them know and sent them a photo of the receipt, only £20 so probably not worth the same as the companies, you get a different person responding everytime on one email chain it's clear they don't know what going on - finally got a response said there is nothing they can do. Will not be ordering again and if you find yourself having to communicate with them you will be fobbed off.

Poor service. Complained slats had not been delivered with bed. I received this reply: Our site does advise upon our delivery information that any orders placed with our free economy service that the goods may well be received on different days, couriers or deliveries within the 7-14 day delivery time frame. This is also due to high volumes of goods being processed within the couriers depot at a time so items can be split and allocated to different drivers or sections of the warehouse.

I purchased this bed and arrived with a fault emailed twice and no response. Unfortunately no way to phone them. I would strongly advise consumers to not purchase from this company.

Totally unacceptable! My order # is 387637. Besides the late delivery, I have requested clearly that you need to ask your courier to confirm with me prior to delivery. However, again, they came without notice and my neighbor need to keep it for me. It’s a bed frame!!! It’s very heavy!!! And it’s very long and difficult to handle. I’m totally angry with your service!!!

Product arrived within 2 days, even though the lead time was 14 days. This caused issues as we purchased it for a house move which was happening 3 days after the order and the only customer service suggestion was to leave the massive boxes with neighbours we hadn’t even met yet!! Helpful. Thankfully the courier service was more helpful. Once I started to put the bed together I got half way through which took 2 hours and realised I was missing a bolt and they had included an extra screw for a different part. I went on the website hopeful of finding a phone number to contact but they don’t seem to offer this! I completed the online form with a picture of the issue and received a notification that I’d receive a response within 2 days. 5 days later and a further email sent and I’ve still had no contact from the company! I’m now stuck with a half made bed in my daughters room which is taking up loads of space and despite further attempts to reach the company over social media I’ve drawn a blank. Never had such non existent after care, I’m now going to have to source the bolt myself to complete the bed! Wouldn’t use them again! They need a customer service phone number or to respond to emails in a timely manner!!

This cabin bed hasn’t arrived on the expected delivery date (12/7/23) and unfortunately I am still waiting for follow up regarding the whereabouts of my order. Not happy with the service at all- disappointing.

Got 6 chairs and no table. Been waiting for table to be delivered and collection of pack of chairs. Horrendous communication and can’t speak to someone on the phone.

This was delivered in a timely manner but prices were missing once my son began to put it up missing slats bed feet and the plastic for the slide despite numerous emails (no phone line ) we have have been asked to send photos of the bed and what is missing I have never known customer service like it !!! In fact there is none why would we make up about what is missing !! What do we gain my son has a three year old and a 20 month year old who he’s been sleeping on the floor until this matter is resolved I am actually appalled by the numerous emails and questions we have been asked at the end of the day just get on and send what is missing we are not asking for a new bed

Noa and Nani is the worst company I have ever dealt with before. They have the worst customer service that you can imagine. Avoid at all costs. Sent a wrong and damaged item. Had to wait a month to get it resolved. The correct purchased item came damaged as well.

3 weeks after ordering the bunk bed, we are still waiting for half of it to arrive after it being lost in transport. We were told it would be resent out a week ago and are still waiting for it to arrive.

The unit is lovely. However I mistakenly ordered two units as I thought the first order had not gone through as no email. I contacted customer services to explain and was told I had to return the second unit at my cost. Since then I’ve had a nightmare trying to find an affordable courier as noa&nani would not pick it up. I am disabled and the unit is heavy so it’s been difficult to return and the experience has been awful. It was a genuine mistake as there must have been a website issue but it has really made me wary of buying anything from this company due to the stress

Terrible right through from a lack of delivery information, it turning up unannounced to subsequent missing parts/ boxes. Those parts delivered were poorly painted too. Company didn’t seem to know what was going on but did check in with us so weren’t completely ignored. We now await a second delivery attempt.

This took 5 hours to build. Despite using an electric screwdriver (which it didn’t say you needed, but you definitely needed), it is so wonky and I worry it’s going to collapse!

I ordered at the end of February and it took 6 days longer than the original given delivery date to arrive. Upon opening the packaging to start putting it together 5 of the first 9 items out of the box were damaged, marked or of poor quality. I tried to find a phone number (as per the detail on the instructions) but couldn't locate one. I therefore tried the online chat. Almost 90 minutes and 2 chats later I have a new bed arriving in 4 days time and at some point the damaged bed will be collected (in the meantime it is blocking my hallway). The first person I chatted to was rude and unhelpful. She ended the chat before arranging the exchange! The second person was more helpful than the first. Apparently there is no possibility of talking to someone on the phone as almost a year after the ending of all covid restrictions, their staff are all still working remotely.
