Nöa and Nani Review Love this set of bed. My daughter wanted bunks so decided to go with this one and glad we did, the frame is solid. We have family nights in my daughters bedroom watching tv and playing often find myself falling asleep in the bottom bunk. I love that the stairs dont go on the floor so no risk of tripping. 5* from us.

“Totally unacceptable! My order # is 387637. Besides the late delivery, I have requested clearly that you need to ask your courier to confirm with me prior to delivery. However, again, they came without notice and my neighbor need to keep it for me. It’s a bed frame!!! It’s very heavy!!! And it’s very long and difficult to handle. I’m totally angry with your service!!!”

“Product arrived within 2 days, even though the lead time was 14 days. This caused issues as we purchased it for a house move which was happening 3 days after the order and the only customer service suggestion was to leave the massive boxes with neighbours we hadn’t even met yet!! Helpful. Thankfully the courier service was more helpful. Once I started to put the bed together I got half way through which took 2 hours and realised I was missing a bolt and they had included an extra screw for a different part. I went on the website hopeful of finding a phone number to contact but they don’t seem to offer this! I completed the online form with a picture of the issue and received a notification that I’d receive a response within 2 days. 5 days later and a further email sent and I’ve still had no contact from the company! I’m now stuck with a half made bed in my daughters room which is taking up loads of space and despite further attempts to reach the company over social media I’ve drawn a blank. Never had such non existent after care, I’m now going to have to source the bolt myself to complete the bed! Wouldn’t use them again! They need a customer service phone number or to respond to emails in a timely manner!!”

“The only reason I’ll give a 4* is because of delivery, missing boxes and had to wait another 4 days! BUT other than that the bed are wicked, very easy to put together my 3 boys love them.”

“This cabin bed hasn’t arrived on the expected delivery date (12/7/23) and unfortunately I am still waiting for follow up regarding the whereabouts of my order. Not happy with the service at all- disappointing.”

“Lovely bed, excellent quality for the price. We have bought two of these now for our twins. Easy to assemble by one person. Only downside is the courier company noa and Nani use, very frustrating to deal with.”

“Really like my new bench table looks great and takes up much less room than my previous table. Looks smart and modern. The product is mostly all good however part of one of the benches wood split slightly. Didn't notice until built the thing. Delivery of the product wasn't great they delivered the package without any notification when I wasn't I'm and left it in my front garden. Luckily I wasn't away my holidays!”

“This was delivered in a timely manner but prices were missing once my son began to put it up missing slats bed feet and the plastic for the slide despite numerous emails (no phone line ) we have have been asked to send photos of the bed and what is missing I have never known customer service like it !!! In fact there is none why would we make up about what is missing !! What do we gain my son has a three year old and a 20 month year old who he’s been sleeping on the floor until this matter is resolved I am actually appalled by the numerous emails and questions we have been asked at the end of the day just get on and send what is missing we are not asking for a new bed”

“Ordered 2 sets. Both delivered with damage due to courier. Emailed them and got a response pretty much next working day with options how I would like to proceed. Great customer service. Shame the courier let them down, but would 100% order again!”

“Noa and Nani is the worst company I have ever dealt with before. They have the worst customer service that you can imagine. Avoid at all costs. Sent a wrong and damaged item. Had to wait a month to get it resolved. The correct purchased item came damaged as well.”

“My review for the media unit itself is very positive. The quality is very good for the price, it looks stylish and was easy to assemble. I’m very pleased with it. Having said that, the delivery process was shambolic. The delivery company were terrible. The first time they turned up unannounced and luckily enough I was in, but they never rang the bell so the first thing I knew was when I received a “Sorry we missed you” email with no follow-up info. I was never contacted again and unable to reschedule the delivery through their useless app. I contacted Noa & Nani through Live Chat and they said they would look into it for me. A couple of days later, although the delivery company app would still not let me reschedule, they turned up announced. This time I was here and they did ring the bell, so I was delighted, but it was all very frustrating and I had the feeling I was lucky. All in all, a great product but I would think very seriously about ordering something else as the delivery process was so painful.”

“3 weeks after ordering the bunk bed, we are still waiting for half of it to arrive after it being lost in transport. We were told it would be resent out a week ago and are still waiting for it to arrive.”

“The unit is lovely. However I mistakenly ordered two units as I thought the first order had not gone through as no email. I contacted customer services to explain and was told I had to return the second unit at my cost. Since then I’ve had a nightmare trying to find an affordable courier as noa&nani would not pick it up. I am disabled and the unit is heavy so it’s been difficult to return and the experience has been awful. It was a genuine mistake as there must have been a website issue but it has really made me wary of buying anything from this company due to the stress”
