“The customer service support I received was really good. Plus I was surprised at how fast it took to complete the reglazing job. Really pleased :)”

“I was really pleased with the service provided as I felt the price was very reasonable and the glasses were fitted with new lenses and returned to me quicker than the estimated time. Unfortunately my glasses were returned out of shape and would not sit on my face. This meant visiting a local optician to bend them back and tighten up for me. This is why I can only give a 2 star rating.”

“I was very impressed with the service of Newlenses in both dealing with my order to reglaze 2 pairs of frames and the eventually workmanship and speed. I can say that I am more than happy to recommend them and I personally would have no hesitation in using them again in the future. Newlenses carry on the good work.”

“I needed lenses made for some special inserts for my cycling glasses so I could protect my eyes whilst still being able to spot the pot holes! New lenses was really straight forward, I sent my prescriptions the special frames and in a matter of days bingo they arrived special delivery. A really great service!!”

“The family have bought five pairs of glasses from New Lenses over recent years and the service is excellent. One pair had a problem (the frames were excessively oversized) and establishing the varifocal zones was difficult but New Lenses sorted it for us without quibbling. Good company.”

“Really pleased I decided to give New lenses on line a try . I had just had an eye test at Specsavers and then the sales person wanted me to buy new glasses and lenses even though i had my own glasses they were not happy about putting in new lenses in used frames. The cost for two glasses was in the hundreds so I thought it was time to look on line for alternatives. I am glad I did as the cost for two new lenses in my existing frames were around £50;this was a fraction of the cost at Specsavers. I would totally recommend the service is brilliant”

“Brilliant service and excellent quality work - I sent very specialised flip front sunglasses/clear combined glasses to New Lenses, having prescription lenses fitted to the clear frame...this was no problem at all and they were returned within two days ! Brilliant...very pleased and beautiful quality lenses - thank you”
