“Had a new prescription and had bought a snazzy pair of reading glasses, was it possible to have my varifocal lenses put into them? Local High St chain said No way! New lenses not only did this, but were substantially cheaper! New glasses arrived within a week and prescription is exactly right! Happy to give them a five star review! Ps Andy is really helpful by email! Jan”

“Have had two pairs of glasses reglazed by this company. On ordering the first pair, the website didn't work properly with Paypal, so the order had to be carried out via email. But once sorted, the order took only three days from receipt to turn round. With the second pair, the website worked perfectly, but it took 10 days (13 days after posting 1st class) before I received the glasses. This may have been because they required a sunglass tint, but there was no mention of this. Prices are good, quality of work is good, but admin leaves a bit to be desired, hence four not five stars.”

“Very happy with my glasses in the end. When I first received them back they had been stretched so were falling off. However after informing the company they asked me to send them back and fixed them. All good now!”

“Really impressed with the quality of service and the replacement lenses. Having used New Lenses for complex varifocal ultra thin lenses fitted into an existing frame for 1/3rd of the price I had been quoted on the high street I would not hesitate to use them again. A really great company for the consumer.”

“I was very impressed with the overall performance of Newlenses . Their communications (via e-mails) ensured that you were aware of the actual progress of the lense fitment. From start to finish the lenses were fitted and dispatched to me within six days and the end product was very good - I would certainly recommend this company to anyone seeking to upgrade their own glasses with new lenses.”

“I was really pleased with the service provided as I felt the price was very reasonable and the glasses were fitted with new lenses and returned to me quicker than the estimated time. Unfortunately my glasses were returned out of shape and would not sit on my face. This meant visiting a local optician to bend them back and tighten up for me. This is why I can only give a 2 star rating.”

“I was very impressed with the service of Newlenses in both dealing with my order to reglaze 2 pairs of frames and the eventually workmanship and speed.
