“I have now had my new glasses just over a week and am absolutely delighted with them. Not only was I able to use some funky frames but the anti glare coating actually works! Just back from Spain and didn't need sunglasses!”

“Very pleased with my new glasses and pleased with the service I received but I feel New Lenses good do a few things to improve 1) have some genuine specials offers on (like Glasses Direct, a good company with very competitive prices) 2) Keep the customer updated during to sales to purchase stage)”

“I recently had varifocal lenses fitted into my existing glasses and sunglasses by Newlenses.co.uk. The process was very straightforward and I was kept up to date with what stage my glasses were at. I was able to choose my lens type, thickness etc. In using Newlenses.co.uk I have saved myself at least £300 and am very satisfied!”

“I originally ordered transition lenses and went for a cheaper option as you do a young man contacted me and said the transition chosen would not work as well because of the windscreen Well I upgraded and have thanked my lucky stars The young man explained to me VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE THANK YOU EVERYONE I NOW HAVE WHAT I’VE BEEN LOOKING FOR BRILLIANT THANK YOU SO MUCH As they say I’ll BE BACK Oh and I can see lol lol I have told All my friends about the fantastic service you offer Regards S.B.”

“Amazingly good service. 2nd time I’ve used them because the service is so good. Reading glasses reglazed and sunglasses are now prescription. Easy to use and arrived back with me within 1 week. I’ve been raving to everyone about them.”

“I highly recommend this company - the customer care is exceptional, the service fantastic and the prices are less than half of anywhere else I tried. I was initially concerned about using an online company for something as personal as glasses but as I don't live or work near an optician I thought I'd take the plunge and try an online service. I thought I needed reading lenses and ticked that box when uploading my online prescription - I then realised I needed distance lenses - entirely my error. The company has been absolutely wonderful about this, have made new lenses for me and have written to me at every stage. I have always paid more than £200 for pairs of glasses at high street opticians - for just £65 I received a better and quicker service from New Lenses. I've been speaking on email with a really nice person called Andy - he is professional, understanding about my tick box error and incredibly helpful - such a surprise to be dealing with an online firm who give such personal and prompt customer care. I will not be going anywhere else in future for my glasses and replacement lenses.”

“Had a new prescription and had bought a snazzy pair of reading glasses, was it possible to have my varifocal lenses put into them? Local High St chain said No way! New lenses not only did this, but were substantially cheaper! New glasses arrived within a week and prescription is exactly right! Happy to give them a five star review! Ps Andy is really helpful by email! Jan”

“Have had two pairs of glasses reglazed by this company. On ordering the first pair, the website didn't work properly with Paypal, so the order had to be carried out via email. But once sorted, the order took only three days from receipt to turn round. With the second pair, the website worked perfectly, but it took 10 days (13 days after posting 1st class) before I received the glasses. This may have been because they required a sunglass tint, but there was no mention of this. Prices are good, quality of work is good, but admin leaves a bit to be desired, hence four not five stars.”

“Very happy with my glasses in the end. When I first received them back they had been stretched so were falling off. However after informing the company they asked me to send them back and fixed them. All good now!”
