“The family have bought five pairs of glasses from New Lenses over recent years and the service is excellent. One pair had a problem (the frames were excessively oversized) and establishing the varifocal zones was difficult but New Lenses sorted it for us without quibbling. Good company.”

“Really pleased I decided to give New lenses on line a try . I had just had an eye test at Specsavers and then the sales person wanted me to buy new glasses and lenses even though i had my own glasses they were not happy about putting in new lenses in used frames. The cost for two glasses was in the hundreds so I thought it was time to look on line for alternatives. I am glad I did as the cost for two new lenses in my existing frames were around £50;this was a fraction of the cost at Specsavers. I would totally recommend the service is brilliant”

“Brilliant service and excellent quality work - I sent very specialised flip front sunglasses/clear combined glasses to New Lenses, having prescription lenses fitted to the clear frame...this was no problem at all and they were returned within two days ! Brilliant...very pleased and beautiful quality lenses - thank you”

“I sent in two pairs of designers frames, having everything built into my prescription lenses, thinking I hope they do a good job. They came back with in a week and a half, because it took a little longer because of the transitions and bifocals they had to fit, but I am telling you lot out there they came back well I haven’t no words but to say I am sending in another two pairs for single vision and sunglasses I am that pleased with them. Try them out you will not be disappointed.”
