“This was my first use of the system. I ordered re-glazing of a pair of rimless pair of glasses due to change in my prescription. I chose the single vision (intermediate distance, eg. for computer use) lenses. There was not adequate information on the website what that means, however I chose this because I thought it was something I needed. I also let the automatic selection of PD=63mm in my prescription. The glasses arrived promptly, however, they were causing me dizziness and I just could not see well. I contacted the customer service by email, explaining the problem. In the meantime, I measured my PD correctly. I requested for replacement with single vision long distance (e.g. driving). The company accepted to do this free of charge and without arguments. I sent the glasses back to the company and received re-glazed glasses for the 2nd time. Everything was fine the 2nd time. I recommend this company and will use it again in the future if I need to. I give it 4 stars because the website needs to have much more information for each of the options on offer e.g. types of lenses, colours, adaptivity to light etc.”

“I had my glasses reglazed and I am very happy with the results they have made a brilliant job of them,the cost was half the price I have paid in the past and it only took 8 days to get them back and that was including weekends in that.”

“My glasses were returned to me in less time than I had expected and seem to perform as well as with the original lenses. I had been quoted £500.00p for replacement lenses but Newlenses only charged me £215.00p.”

Hi Mahendra, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm sorry that you aren't satisfied with the Transitions lenses. The reason is that you previously had Transitions XTRActive lenses which go darker than regular Transitions lenses which you chose on this order. We would be happy to change the lenses to Transitions XTRActive for you as per our emails. We use genuine Transitions / Transitions XTRActive lenses which are backed by a 2 year guarantee and certificate of authenticity. Kind regards, Adam
