This was my first use of the system. I ordered re-glazing of a pair of rimless pair of glasses due to change in my prescription. I chose the single vision (intermediate distance, eg. for computer use) lenses. There was not adequate information on the website what that means, however I chose this because I thought it was something I needed. I also let the automatic selection of PD=63mm in my prescription. The glasses arrived promptly, however, they were causing me dizziness and I just could not see well. I contacted the customer service by email, explaining the problem. In the meantime, I measured my PD correctly. I requested for replacement with single vision long distance (e.g. driving). The company accepted to do this free of charge and without arguments. I sent the glasses back to the company and received re-glazed glasses for the 2nd time. Everything was fine the 2nd time. I recommend this company and will use it again in the future if I need to. I give it 4 stars because the website needs to have much more information for each of the options on offer e.g. types of lenses, colours, adaptivity to light etc.
