“The glasses weren't what I expected I won't be buying them again they kept falling off my face resulting in someone standing on them and breaking them. The glasses themselves were bigger on my face I looked strange in them according to family members”

I replied to your email within 4 minutes of receiving it :-) As I mentioned, you chose the cheapest (free) lenses, which are as you say quite thick for your prescription. “Absolutely brilliant service. Have now sent two pairs of glasses to new lenses and both came back more quickly than I expected. A really swift, efficient service with good communication throughout. Really cannot fault them at all. This company has a lot to teach other on-line service providers.”

“First time ordering glasses from Newlenses. Experience was good, easy online ordering. Received the wrong colour frame. Send an Email about it, quick reply with kind replacement. Have not receive replacement at present, so I reserve review on that. In all quiet please.”

“I thought that I would give ordering a pair of glasses via the internet a try as I just wanted a pair of distance glasses for driving in, found new lenses and after reading the reviews decided to use them, I have to say that I’m very impressed, it was so easy to order them, and delivered in 2 days, will definitely be using them again.”

“I don't normally write online reviews, but I actually cannot believe I got a pair of glasses including prescription lenses in the sale for £9.99. Sure, delivery was just under £4, but considering I was looking at something almost equivalent in Specsavers for near £125, it was a pretty phenomenal deal. (Needless to say I've just bought 2 more pairs!)”

“So easy and afforable. I picked up a nice frame from TK Maxx and was able to fill in my details of my prescription and send them off. The frames came back within a week! Massive savings, I will be using this again to change my older frames.”
