“Can't recommend highly enough. The website was easy to use and delivery was much quicker than the high street. When the glasses arrived, they were very good quality, but I couldn't see what they looked like as I had put the wrong details in my subscription! Explained the problem to NewLenses and not only did they not make me feel like a prize idiot, I returned the glasses, had the lenses changed and back to me within a week, at no cost to me other than the return postage. I will be a loyal customer from now on for all my family's glasses!”

“I was a bit concerned initially. A south west Manchester based contact phone number and an Enfield address? Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy? I thought that to be safe I'd pay by Paypal so if there were problems I'd have someone from whom I could get the money back. I ordered and paid and got the email confirmation. Because I'd ordered prescription polaroids I was told it would take about two weeks. Lo and behold, in just under two weeks the glasses arrived. They are perfect. I no longer have to stick those stupid attachments to my ordinary glasses and they're actually slightly clearer than my current lenses and the cost was just under £64. Far cheaper than any other online quote I got. I am going to order ordinary sun glasses this week and I'll be very happy to do so and my brother in law's just done the same.”

“I ordered a pair or glasses. They came very swiftly. Unfortunately I read the perscricption incorrectly. I have returned my glasses to newlenses and they are changing the lenses for me. I have just received my glasses back, they are perfect. I will recommend Newlenses to family and friends for value, service and quality!”
