“Very pleased with service received . On the application form ,somehow, I purchased single vision lenses as well as varifocal. Much the same as selling an items on Ebay, The computer only accepts certain inputs.”

“I had a new prescription following my eye test so decided to get some frames online because the in store opticians prices were quite high. I sent the frames with my new prescription to Newlenses.co.uk using their re glazing service. Everything worked like a well oiled machine with updates given on progress keeping me informed of progress. I would certainly use this service again and have already recommended this company to some of my friends. All in all I am very satisfied with the service and professional attitude of this company.”

“Acceptable, just. Polite, quick and cost-effective service, but... Issues for me surround how I am now required to visit an optician and ask them to fit the glasses for me as they no longer sit as required - seems that the hinges have moved a couple of degrees away from the frame and need adjusting - they weren't like this upon shipping to New Lenses. If you have a complex prescription, this is something you should be considering as these 'snagging issues' are something which cannot easily be resolved via a postal service service.”

“I've used Newlenses twice now after finding great frames on holiday in Italy the first time and some discount designer frames at TKMaxx. The turnaround time is less than a week. Only downside is that you have to sign for them when they come back with no option for delivery instructions.”

“Firstly can I say that for value these glasses are second to none. Frames, premium varifocal lenses, ant-glare/scratch/uv coating and delivery came to £110!! That's ridiculous when I was quoted between £250-350 through a budget high street chain. If I have any issue it is communication. It took 2 weeks and in that time I had to contact them as there were no updates until "Your order has been dispatched". A couple of updates and an estimated time for dispatch would be really helpful. I feel 100% use New Lenses again”

“I chose to have my own frames reglazed. The whole process was straight forward and I posted my glasses off with ease and received them a few days later. Very happy. I will use you guys again, my husband wants some doing now too!”
