“I am very pleased with the glasses and the service. I received the glasses back a week after posting them off, they were exactly as I had ordered, and Newlenses were very responsive to emails.”

“I had bought some ray ban sunglasses that I bought elsewhere and wanted prescription lenses fitted. Whole ordering experience was really good - easy to use website where I decided the type of lenses I wanted and put in prescription and paid and then I sent off sunglasses next day. I got an email to say they had been received and then an email just over a week later to say they were ready and had been despatched and I got them back within two weeks. The lenses are great and whole experience was good so 5 stars from me.”

“My glasses broke, the optician said i needed new lenses and frames as the only fit a match. I checked you had a frame the same and Alan said by email if i bought them with fashion lenses, then sent my lenses to you they would be fitted. 3 days after i posted my lenses the new frame with my lenses arrived. Thank you very much both pleased and amazed. Brian Wilson.”

“I bought Bose Bluetooth speaker frames. However I needed to have varifocals fitted and Bose don’t do them. With trepidation I sent my frames to Newlenses, which were returned in under two weeks fully fitted, in time for my holiday, and at a very competitive price. Well done. Highly recommended”

“I'm really impressed with new lenses. I've had 3 pairs of glasses and one re-glaze now and everything has been done quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. I prefer the reglaze lenses to the expensive ones I got originally with the glasses.”
