“These glasses exceeded my expectations and I am more than pleased. The price was a third of what my local opticians were attempting to charge me. Very good and prompt service with polite staff. Many thanks”

“I paid for 1st Class Parcel and told that delivery would take 1-2 business days. 5 days later I still have not received my glasses. A phone call to support was no use, as they couldn't even tell me if they had been dispatched, just that my order was being processed. I am going on a course on Friday and will be unable to see any of the information needed if I have not received my glasses by then. Very disappointing as this is the second online opticians that I have used, and wish that I had stayed with glasses direct. I will not be recommending them, like I did previously with the other company.”

“From the start this company delivered. The website was easy to use, the choices are easy to make. The communication, once ordered was excellent. The new lenses in my old frames are superb. All this in just a few days - seriously impressed with company’s efficiency. When it comes time to change my lenses I will have no hesitation in using them again.”

“Ordered new lenses for my mum's glasses for watching TV and opted for the Gold package. Arrived within a week and the lenses are absolutely fantastic, very thin and of a superior quality. Chose New Lenses simply because they state Kodak or Essilor lenses are used and they did not disappoint. Have now ordered another pair of glasses for reading only, again the Gold package which I'm sure will be just as brilliant as the first pair. Will also get my own lenses replaced when I get a new prescription. Would highly recommend this company for the quality and speed at which they are processed and dispatched.”
