“I've had two pairs of my own frames re lensed very happy with the service. Unfortunately my second pair were not as tidy finished as the first but would recommend as excellent value for money.”

“The recommendation first came via my daughter, which was a little bit around the houses to achieve an end result. However I have nothing but praise for the final result, the prescription was a little complex, yet the financial return was almost £200 cheaper than the High Street Opticians. Yes I am delighted with both the spectacles and the frame, and very happy to recommend elsewhere.”

“I used New Lenses to reglaze my glasses after my prescription changed. Having baulked a little at the price quoted by my optician's, I looked around online. New Lenses were one of the cheapest with mostly favourable reviews. I set up my order, sent off my glasses, wondering if they'd come back in the case I sent them in (to protect them) and need not have been worried. I was e-mailed to say they'd been received, and then a couple of days later when they were dispatched. They arrived safe and sound, even with the old lenses in a sealed plastic bag! Not sure what to do with those but can hardly fault my experience. My only qualm would be if my frames were more expensive, the postage options may leave you wanting in terms of insurance (seems to be only £50 max, if you go for Signed For). Everything went great though -- thanks!”

“Such an easy and quick process from ordering and sending my prescription to receiving my glasses back with the new lenses in. The price was less than half what I would have had to pay for a pair of new glasses that I didn’t need. I would definitely recommend Newlenses.co.uk and would definitely use again if I need to re lens any of my glasses.”
