“Simple ordering process, efficient handling and advice of receipt, quick delivery and advice of delivery, and the resultant glasses are fine. Does exactly what it says on the tin.”

“Amazing fast and cost effective and I even got 2 new glasses cases thrown in. Great service great lenses and quick. Use these don’t get sucked into buying lenses at your optician. Mine wanted me to spend £400 yes £400 on just lenses for my glasses because they were a brand. These from new lenses were a fraction of the price.”

“I was tired of being ripped off by big optician chains for the price of the frames and extras, but they would not allow me to provide my own frames. Nor would any other small opticians that responded to my requests. Then I found Newlenses.co.uk. So, I bought my preferred frames at 25% of the cost on ebay for new frames (I even got a second-hand pair in great condition for 2% of the optician chain costs). I sent these, with my prescription and within a week I had my new glasses for 1/3rd of the cost. I am very pleased and will always get my glasses this way in future.”

“I ordered new distance glasses and they arrived quickly and work as well as the optician supplied £240 glasses. On the negative side, the frames are too small, I must be more careful when ordering next time.”

“This is the 2nd time I have brought a pair of glasses online, the first pair fitted perfectly, this pair did not fit at all. You asked for a picture of my face to measure certain aspects of the new glasses, would it have been possible to also measure all fitting aspects like the size of the bridge the length of the arm? If this had been done these glasses would have fitted and I wouldn't have had to send them back and cancel my order. I was offered alternative glasses to try but my time schedule was limited so had to go to the local high street. My money was returned very quickly, it really was a no quibble guarantee. Service and the time it takes for the glasses to come through 10 out of 10. Please do more measuring of the pictures and advise from the picture the suitability of the order. I would certainly recommend you though.”

“I used Newlenses for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The service was easy to use and my new glasses arrived in good time and condition. Unfortunately, due to some confusion with my optician, I needed to return the glasses as they were not right. Although no fault at all of NewLenses, they quickly agreed to allow me to return the glasses. Great customer service allround and highly recommended.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, one of which were perfect. The other frame was not what I had expected and this was sorted out very quickly. They also arrived very quickly. I would recommend Newlenses. The price was also excellent.”

“I bought 3 cheap pairs, total cost was £35. Well recommended, the glasses came quick and it was very easy to give them my prescription, just sent an email. The glasses aren't the best quality but that is in-line with the price, the glass lens itself is a bit smudged and I can't seem to clear it properly as well as their being a lot of glaze. Overall, for the price, I am very happy with it.”
