“I used Newlenses for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The service was easy to use and my new glasses arrived in good time and condition. Unfortunately, due to some confusion with my optician, I needed to return the glasses as they were not right. Although no fault at all of NewLenses, they quickly agreed to allow me to return the glasses. Great customer service allround and highly recommended.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, one of which were perfect. The other frame was not what I had expected and this was sorted out very quickly. They also arrived very quickly. I would recommend Newlenses. The price was also excellent.”

“I bought 3 cheap pairs, total cost was £35. Well recommended, the glasses came quick and it was very easy to give them my prescription, just sent an email. The glasses aren't the best quality but that is in-line with the price, the glass lens itself is a bit smudged and I can't seem to clear it properly as well as their being a lot of glaze. Overall, for the price, I am very happy with it.”

“I sent an up to date prescription with my order and it arrived in good time but the glasses were far to large and the reading quality of the lense was poor....was going to purchase more if they were alright and for the money wasn't expecting anything special,but...lets just say I wont be back and wont recommend to anyone...regards...”

“I was quoted £359 to replace the lenses (from distance to varifocals....never had this prescription before) into my own glasses. sent my prescription and glasses to Newlenses and they came back I was pleased and the cost £159!!! I’m just about to send another 3 pairs !”
