“From my initial enquiry, the whole process was made very easy. I was anxious at first that getting my glasses right remotelyseemed a difficult task, but the process was made very easy. I was notified at every stage and pleasantly surprised at the speed of service.”

“In mid virus lockdown I broke my rimless glasses. One lens was broken. My previous repair place only fixed frames. These lenses were complex – coated, varifocal and self-tinting. Communication was easy and the turn around time was under a week door-to-door including slow postage due to the virus. The glasses are better than new. Just amazing service.”
