“Unfortunately one of my lenses had a scratch on them :-(”

“Incredible customer service. I thought, 'What a fabulous way to get new lenses' and sent in my prescription but when returned I couldn't see out of the left lens. The company couldn't have been more helpful...far more so than the opticians who had made a typo on the prescription! Thank you new lenses for, well, my new lenses, your genuine concern, and the correction being free of charge.”

“I need an xs ladies frame, I tried about 5 other sites before stumbling on Newlenses, so glad I did! The search filters made it really easy to find the xs frames and adding prescription details was easy too, even let me put in custom pupil distance. Glasses fit perfectly and seem good quality. Highly recommend and will be using the site again.”
