“I had a pair of sunglasses bought for me, they were quite expensive but just had plain lenses in them. I used New Lenses to replace with my prescription for Varifocals. The were superb to deal with from initial contact to receipt of my glasses and the varifocal lenses provided are perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will definitely be sing them again.”

“The frames measured 134mm across and not 130mm as stated. This means they are too wide for my face. They arrived wonky and I had to straighten them. They keep going out of alignment when wearing. The frames are pretty ugly. The prescription is accurate but the lenses are thicker compared to other glasses I have with the same index lenses (and the other glasses are a bigger eyesize btw), so that's disappointing.”

“Ordered 2for1 from newlenses and at the some time ordered 2for1 from glasses direct. Both pair came from newlenses 4days after the order.Glasses Direct came 3 days after, but only one pair, the other pair will follow at the same-time l ordered 2for1 sun glass from newlenses received within 3days still waiting for my second pair from glasses Direct . Mr A Brown”

“This is my third time of using Newlenses and I was not disappointed again. I purchased one new rimless pair of varifocals and had another set of lenses from a broken frame put into another rimless frame. I now have two pairs of rimless varifocals for less than the price of one at my High Stree Optician. Thanks again Newlenses.”

“My glasses black meets red is a beautifully crafted frame. I love the comms between us up until I got my glasses. It took almost two weeks but it was worth it. I’m now waiting for the second pair. The price of the glasses are very reasonable”

“At first I was sceptical of ordering lenses online and sending off my new glasses, however I was pleasantly surprised with my service at new lenses. I received emails at every stage of the process to keep me up to date which was a nice touch that I did not expect. I sent my glasses on Monday afternoon and received them, lenses in by tact and in a new case by Friday of the same week. Would like to thank new lenses for the fantastic, professional service, at a great price. I will definitely be using newlenses in the future.”
