“Easy to order. Jackets arrived quickly after ordering (two separate parcels). Unfortunately both were too small so I returned them via Asda Toyou service (only £3 as opposed to almost £13 with Royal Mail). I used Asda in Parkhead, the returns address is about 3miles from the store. It is almost 2 weeks since the jackets were returned and I am yet to receive my refund . I have contacted customer services about my refund but await a reply”

“I just want to say that I received the shoes promptly but one of the insoles was screwed up in a ball at the toe end of the shoe and couldn't be straightened. I asked for a replacement insole but instead, had to send the shoes back - which was free - but I haven't had a replacement pair yet. Still looking foward to receiving them. Thay are good shoes.”

“Returning purchase has put me off buying again. Such a performance sending them back. Took them to Asda as per instructions they didn’t know what I was talking about ! So much messing around. If like me you don’t have a printer I’d give it a miss. Shoes were sadly too big.”

“I bought a jacket from Nevisport, it arrived promptly, within 2 days of the order. I tried it on, found it to be terrible quality and not at all what I expected (not Nevisports fault at all). I packed it back up straight away in the original packaging and returned through the Asda returns option. I received confirmation it had been received by Nevisport a couple of days later. I then had to send several emails and wait 2 weeks to get a response about my refund. I shouldn't have to chase a refund and it makes me seriously wary about buying from Nevisport in future.”

“Great product at great price in the sale , unfortunately let down by dhl delivery service as took full 7 working days plus a weekend to even deliver and product arrived before parcel tracking left Inverness hmmm , nevisport first class though”

“It took just over 8 days for my parcel to be delivered. I received a notification 3 working days after I placed the order that my parcel had been dispatched. I would have understood had delivery been free but considering I paid £4.95 for a product which weighs 70g (a bit more with packaging), I think it is quite poor.”

“The walking shoes I purchased were to replace exactly the same as ones I bought 7 years ago. Which have been great. However I am disappointed as they are no way as comfortable as the previous ones. The fit is not as comfy as the I was expecting. They feel like there's no support on the ankle. I don't wear boots !968”
