“Great product at great price in the sale , unfortunately let down by dhl delivery service as took full 7 working days plus a weekend to even deliver and product arrived before parcel tracking left Inverness hmmm , nevisport first class though”

“It took just over 8 days for my parcel to be delivered. I received a notification 3 working days after I placed the order that my parcel had been dispatched. I would have understood had delivery been free but considering I paid £4.95 for a product which weighs 70g (a bit more with packaging), I think it is quite poor.”

“The walking shoes I purchased were to replace exactly the same as ones I bought 7 years ago. Which have been great. However I am disappointed as they are no way as comfortable as the previous ones. The fit is not as comfy as the I was expecting. They feel like there's no support on the ankle. I don't wear boots !968”

“I have to say that my score does not reflect the product or the price point. My midrange mark is only low due to the returns process. Firstly you have to pay for the returns which is virtually unheard of these days and following on from this it took me having to phone in for my refund to be actioned. I only ordered two of the same item for sizing purposes. Ending on a plus note I saved over £100 pounds vs the high street buy from Nevisport.”

“I wasn’t 100% happy with the trainers I. Terms of the finish , I bought 2 pairs for my wife and I , mine were just a bit poorly finished and I was let down a bit by that but apart from that service was good and arrived In time”

“Can’t review product as I still haven’t received it as I am having issues with Parcel Force. What I can say is that upon contacting Nevisport about this, I was promised this would be resolved by them to arrange a redelivery. This didn’t happen so I have now arranged this at an additional expense to myself.”

“The quality of the products I ordered wasvery good.. however the delivery service and customer service requires some attention…. The order was for 4 items of clothing that for some reason arrived in 4 separate deliveries in multiple (needless) plastic bags…. 1 package is more than enough for 4 teeshirts thanks… Delivery was late and when I emailed to ask what was going on I got zero reply.. I then phoned customer service to ask what was going on and was told sorry it’s a bit busy and there is a delay …. It’s been 3 weeks now and still I don’t have a reply… 🤷‍♂️. How long does this take … poor effort from customer service but good quality items”
