Shoes are great but courier company were shocking and I had to track down the parcels to two different addresses 30 houses away

I ordered and paid for a RAB coat at a cost of £187.50. The order was acknowledged on 24 Nov with a delivery time of 3 - 7 weekdays. The email stated I would receive another email when the order was shipped. By 2 Dec I had not received this email so sent an email to customer services for an update. This was acknowledged with a statement that all queries are answered within 72 business hours. This was unsatisfactory so I found a 'phone number and spoke to a very helpful lady who told me my order was out for delivery that day and gave me the tracking number. The coat was delivered that day so all was OK in the end.

This is winter. It looked like warm but husband did not like. He said it might not be good for when it's very Cold. North Face is very expensive. Not happy

Item never turned up. Emailed Nevisport 5 times with no reply. Had to ring them them, then contact customer services. Eventually turned up a couple of days after scheduled date. Wasn't impressed but got there after a lot of hassle!

No problem with the insoles so far. They seemed to be in good condition and were sold at a good price. However, the individual packaging was not intact and the outer packaging was damaged. This is my first purchase with Nevisport so that is a little disappointing.

Sale and despatch was fine. Process for dealing with faulty goods is not a good experience for the customer in comparison with other retailers. The customer service team were polite and in regular contact. They explained the faulty goods process which although I understood and is probably legally correct, seemed overly long as it involved returning the item to the manufacturer. The potential four week resolution period, which I was advised may lead to a replacement product or a rejection of my complaint, didn’t seem worth the hassle to me for a £20 pair of sliders so I gave up on my claim. It didn’t leave me with a great impression of Rider and Nevisport.

lovely boot but wrong colour sent twice, still not received refund or confirmation from first boot. also nevisport only do returns and not exchangs which makes things more complicated.

Had to phone company twice about my order and to be honest my parcels were sent out after each phone call, Would order again if needs be, as a little cheaper than elsewhere !! Woman on phone was helpfull..

I’ve still not received my order! So can’t review. DHL have been awful, rate updating of app, asked for delivery on Friday 29th August, still not here. Not heard a work. A joke.

Delivery wasn’t made to the requested address. Parcel was delivered to billing address not the delivery address

Nevisport service was good but DHL delivery let them down by leaving my parcel at the wrong address…not even the same house number clearly addressed on label.

Product purchased was fine, as described, etc. But I will never understand why companies use Parcel Force for their preferred delivery firm. No contact regarding anticipated delivery date, let alone time. Attempted delivery, but didn't leave a card confirming as much. It was only when I checked the tracking info that I realised an attempt had been made to deliver the item 5 days earlier. Parcel Force has previously stolen items out of packages delivered to my address and were caught on doorbell camera. Please use another delivery service and I will continue using your service!

I have not received my order. Spoke with staff member on Monday, they were going to e-mail me to let me know what is happening with order. Originally, there was no house number on delivery?? So DHL couldn’t deliver. Should get an update from yourselves soon. Thanks, Laura

I ordered but got no tracking information, so missed the first delivery attempt, they informed me of the tracking info after the first attempt, good product but they could do better
