“It did arrive with the delivery window that they stated, however I thought that it would havew been a bit quicker. I only live 40 miles away from the shop, albeit I do live on a small island just off the West Coast. A ferry runs every hour seven days a week. You place your order, then hear nothing from Nevisport, until you contact them for an update. Maybe we are all just spoiled now by Amazon next day delivery.”

“I have bought from nevisport on numerous occasions without any issues. However having bought a pair of la sportiva boulder x just before Christmas I have changed my mind. After a few walks the shoes failed and I have tried to contact nevisport to arrange a return and replacement pair. Rang about 20 times no answer. Emailed no response. I have no clue whats going on with them but clearly customer service is bottom of there priorities. Absolutely shocking and I will never use them again.”

“The trousers were OK except that they did not fit so we returned them, unfortuntaly despite several attempts to contact Nevisport we still have no refund........ we have signed delivery note showing they received them but radio silence ever since. NOT a recomended company to deal with.”
