“Excellent customer service. There was a problem with my order (wrong item sent), but Nevisport sorted it out really quickly. They're easy to reach on the phone and communicate very well.”

“So far my item is undelivered after 3 weeks . Repeated emails ignored. Customer services helpline never answered. After half an hour I got to speak to someone - they never got back to me. Dont shop here if anything goes wrong they couldnt care less - still havent refunded the money despite repeated emails - verging on fraud now.”

“Ordering the item was easy. However, my item was not despatched within the time frame. As it was a birthday present I tried to telephone the number for customer service:no answer on several occasions. I emailed too. Eventually, I spoke to someone in Fort William who informed me my item was going to come from Exeter. I telephoned and was unable to speak with the person who could help me. I finally received my item 9 days after ordering. The item itself I’m really pleased with and the discounted price saved me over £30.”

“Bought my Scarpa Trek GTX on the website, advertised in the sale. Presentation of the boots on the website was faithful to the real thing offering a range of views to assist choice. Ordering and payment was simple. There was a slight delay in receiving the boots but this was communicated proactively with confirmation shortly after informing me that my order was being processed. Excellent customer service.”

“I don't normally post a bad review, however product didn't/arrive misdelivered and no card left by Parcel Force. Chased and track down to local post office after emailing a number of times. Product was retrieved and unfortunately was marked (not what you want on £100 fleece), returned the item and credit took ages to come tjhrough and a number of emails to see where it was. Overall not a great experience this time.”

“I am very pleased with my order - North Face tent slippers. An excellent price too. Ordering was straightforward and the parcel arrived well-packaged. Delivery wasn't the fastest but the item did arrive within the specified delivery period - it arrived in 7 days. If you are prepared to be a little patient I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I will certainly use Nevisport again.”
