“The trousers were OK except that they did not fit so we returned them, unfortuntaly despite several attempts to contact Nevisport we still have no refund........ we have signed delivery note showing they received them but radio silence ever since. NOT a recomended company to deal with.”

“Good old Nevisport. Been a climber now for 50 years and Nevisport have always been there. From the shop in the high street ( bought my first pair of 9mm kernmantel ropes from there) to todays modern shop, never failed to supply. Thanks again.”

“Gorgeous Berghaus fleece. Good quality, nice and warm and looks good too. Quick delivery too. Only negative the package was ripped open but this has been reported as a courier issue, not Nevisport.”

“Can't really fault my experience, however my order did mistakenly get sent to my billing address & not the address I specified. However, this was no big deal as I was able to track the package & had the flexibility to leave work to meet the delivery.”

“I have sent daily email with nothing resolved after 2 weeks Nevisport took for 3 jackets as their machine kept crashing on purchase. I have returned 2 jackets in the same postage with a post office receipt for 2. Only 1 return payment was paid Very fed up”

“Parcel was opened when recieved. 2 emails and phone calls totally ignored other than auto reply. No returns lable. Twice requested. Coat being returned to a shop and I want my money back. Your customer service is the worst”

“Still awaiting 1 of my 3 items and got 2 of 1 of them so have the pain of returning that now as well as still awaiting Berghaus Men's Prism Guide InterActive Jacket JUNGLE JEWEL JET BLACK L SKU: MAFLFLZZ0750_J3J_00L its a shame as it is a great company with lovely staff just issues with the online ordering system”

“I have a pair of sawtooth midi, similar to men’s in size 6, which are sturdy with good support. I have now bought a pair of OBOZ WOMENS KATABATIC MID WATERPROOF WALKING BOOT MINERAL 6 and was unpleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials. The top is cheap thin material and the nose of the shoe has little in the way of protection. I would like Oboz to make men’s and women’s hiking boots of same material as. There is also little support despite them being midi.”
