“I bought a pain of shoes. Size yoo small so would wish to return them anyway for a half size larger, but the shoes were also damaged. That is probably due to manufacturing not you guys. The paint on the side of the sole didnt cover all of the lettering on one of the shoes. I wrote to customer services by email. Was told someone would be in touch within 48 hours to continue with the return process. That was 4 days ago and nobody has been in contact. I was given a reference 2888475. Could you look into it for me? Many thanks.”

“I ordered four items but only received two. I have written to customer services but have yet to hear from them. You have asked me to review two Cotopaxi 3L Travel CubesCubes. I can't as I haven't yet recieved them. I did receive the two 5L Travel which are very good and I can certainly recommend them.”

“No complaints about Nevisport other than their choice of courier. DHL had my order on its van and out for delivery every day for 4 days but each time took it back to the delivery depot, where it stayed for further two days over the weekend. It was finally delivered 6 days after it was first out fot delivery. My heart always sinks when I realise DHL is ths courier.”

“I never write negative reviews but it is now 10 days since I placed an order and it has still not arrived. I have contacted customer service and am still waiting for a reply. Not sure if the problem is due to Nevisport or the delivery company but either way I am an unhappy customer.”
