“Service good but was disappointed that I could not order 2 of the dlx chairs. I had tried several times to enter 2 items of dlx chair. Even more disappointed when I went onto website a few days later and a dlx chair was available to purchase.”

“Service was very quick, and although good value for money, the item itself is a North Face size MM, not M. This is a different size (as North Face do these extra sizes) so the fit is not as expected. Overall, I would buy from Nevis Sport again, but be extra vigilante in the sizing guide.”

“Ordered a wetsuit and followed the size guide but unfortunately it was way too small so had to be returned! Was disappointed that it cost £7 to return when I had done my best to order the correct size! Delivery was free and quick. No where to return it locally so am out of pocket through no fault of my own, has put me off ordering from this particular store when returns aren’t free! Packaging wasn’t that good either especially as wetsuits can be damaged.”

“This was my first order with Nevisport and I was impressed with the delivery time and the packaging of the boots I kept. Although, the second pair (which were too small) were in a box which looked like it had been through a “war zone”!! Not the best impression to be left with regarding pride in the business… I was also disappointed that I had to pay for returns. Personally, I would prefer if this were incorporated in the overall cost of the purchase. I have given a 4 overall just because there is no option for 4.5 and I didn’t fell a 5 was wholly justified.”
