“Efficient and helpful”

“I recently bought some shoes (very nice, Dolomite, good price in the sale). I saw them online, but went into the Glasgow store for them because I like to try on footwear before I buy it. Unfortunately, they didn't have the ones I wanted in the shop. The sales assistant showed me a different colour and different shoes, but I didn't fancy them. At least it let me try the shoe I wanted for size. I left the shop, took out my phone and ordered the shoes I wanted from the website. I set the delivery address (and the website doesn't tell you that you can do this) to the shop address. I had to look up the address in order to fill in the form. The shoes were delivered in a couple of days and I went in, tried them on, and picked them up. Of course, it'd have been easier if I'd ordered them online in the first place, but that wouldn't have let me try them on before deciding. So, we got there in the end. It'd have been easier still if the sales assistant had just said that they didn't have the shoes but they could get them for me.”

“Delivery was fine, item was on the small side for an XL size, Mountain brand goretex for men. Friend tried it on to and agreed it was on the small side for a standard XL size. Will keep it, but be aware when ordering, very good quality and well made.”

“The product is exactly as expected. I was disappointed that I paid for delivery and that was the downfall as Parcelforce did not deliver on the day it advised. The following day it was delivered without a hitch. I would prefer another carrier.”

“The delivery took longer than expected and the boots did not come in the original box, however, the boots themselves were in perfect condition and they provided complimentary hiking socks to make up for the box (which were much appreciated and needed!). Communication from the company was great when I asked for updates on the delivery.”

“Ordered a wet suit and shoes for my youngest, wet suit was ideal but shoes had to be returned. Easy returns process but not free……however the wet suit was really competitive to compare with anywhere else so still a good saving!”
