“The product is exactly as expected. I was disappointed that I paid for delivery and that was the downfall as Parcelforce did not deliver on the day it advised. The following day it was delivered without a hitch. I would prefer another carrier.”

“Great company. Shame they don’t have free returns as I didn’t enjoy paying for an item that would never have been suitable as clearly the sizing is wrong hence the sale price.”

“The delivery took longer than expected and the boots did not come in the original box, however, the boots themselves were in perfect condition and they provided complimentary hiking socks to make up for the box (which were much appreciated and needed!). Communication from the company was great when I asked for updates on the delivery.”

“Ordered a wet suit and shoes for my youngest, wet suit was ideal but shoes had to be returned. Easy returns process but not free……however the wet suit was really competitive to compare with anywhere else so still a good saving!”

“Would have been 5* had I not returned item at my expense and then had to re order costing me delivery X3 all in. I followded info on site about measurements and yet it was at least a size too small.”

“Service, updates, responses to queries prompt and appreciated. Goods not as expected and sizing (I’m an 8) a half size small compared with other purchases in past. No fault of NEVISPORT. If my returns are processed as efficiently as initial purchase I would use them again.”

“Decent pair of boots, true to size(I'd say), padding around ankle i thought might of been an issue for me, but 20 mins sitting watching TV n they shaped not to bad, few laps round the house in them, i thought they'd maybe take some breaking in on the soles, as i had that robot feeling walk, took my first adventure up town and within 6 steps i soon realised everything was all good, so i personally don't think they required breaking in, though id still advice short walk to make sure, before using them for hills etc, they definitely feel sturdy boots, proper sealed tongue as you'd expect with full goretex boots, so I'm for saving up for the higher grade scarpa boots but at 350 bangers it will take a month or two, all round happy purchase and speedy delivery.... 3 days i believe”
