“I bought a pair of reduced price Trespass wellies from Nevis last week, spotted the selfsame boots yesterday in a Trespass shop retailing in their sale for £15 more than I paid. Hats off to Nevis for great prices and service, thanks guys.”

“Please note that Nevisport does not offer refunds. I ordered a pair of walking boots from them, which were too small, so I sent them back. They received the boots on Tue 8th Oct, but haven’t issued me a refund since, nor sent me any notifications that they received the items and the refund is on its way. I contacted support, who said it may take a few days for the warehouse to process the refund and to let them know if I still don’t hear anything by Monday, 14th Oct. So I emailed them yesterday, that there is still no sign of my refund, but I haven’t heard back. Please! Only buy from this company if you’re 100% sure that the items are correct/will fit, as if they won’t, you will not get your money back, even if you send the brand new unused items back to them.”

“A very good service. My boots arrived within a few days of my placing the order. Furthermore they were £20 cheaper than at my local retail store. I have already tried out my boots on what for me is a challenging route. They were compfortable and stood up well on the ups and downs of the paths which varied from boggy to rocky.”

“I must firstly admit that like most I look for the most competitive prices on the market as there can be a transparent divide in cost across the board for outdoor wear. On most occasions I can narrow it down to one or two and Nevis sports is at the forefront in competitiveness. Keep it up chaps.”
