“Ridiculous sizing on the website on a pair of trousers which I wanted to return and get a size smaller. This option was not available - merely to return them. Still waiting for the money to go back into my account. Have now bought the right size from another company.”

“I have contacted customer service twice with no reply yet. I brought some boots they are the wrong size and are clearly second hand. No one has contacted me to arrange a replacement or refund. A very unhappy customer.”
