“Good to find this jacket after quite a bit of looking. Fits well, works well and gives me that 'high-viz' look for automobile drivers somehow can't bother to look otherwise!”

“Really pleased with customer service from Nevisport. I ordered a jacket at a very discounted price and which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It didn't fit me well so I sent it back and a refund was issued very swiftly. I would definitely use Nevisport again.”

“I recently bought some shoes (very nice, Dolomite, good price in the sale). I saw them online, but went into the Glasgow store for them because I like to try on footwear before I buy it. Unfortunately, they didn't have the ones I wanted in the shop. The sales assistant showed me a different colour and different shoes, but I didn't fancy them. At least it let me try the shoe I wanted for size. I left the shop, took out my phone and ordered the shoes I wanted from the website. I set the delivery address (and the website doesn't tell you that you can do this) to the shop address. I had to look up the address in order to fill in the form. The shoes were delivered in a couple of days and I went in, tried them on, and picked them up. Of course, it'd have been easier if I'd ordered them online in the first place, but that wouldn't have let me try them on before deciding. So, we got there in the end. It'd have been easier still if the sales assistant had just said that they didn't have the shoes but they could get them for me.”

“Went into store to buy a coat, unfortunately didn't have the one I was after but able to try on in a different colour. Staff member was very helpful. Ordered online, little reticent as delivery said 5-10 days. However, ordered Saturday morning and it arrived the following Tuesday.”
