“Delivery had house number missing, so was returned to the depot.5 calls to DHL to try to sort, 4 promised delivery dates by DHL finally received 6 days after original attempt. Safe place provided to DHL, package left in full view on doorstep. Review was requested before the package had even been delivered. The tee shirts arrived very wrinkled as well.”

“I was directed to Nevisport online by your shop in Halifax as they didn't have wh5 we were looking for in store, this wasn't a site I'd used before but I found exactly what we wanted in the sale with 50% off. Very happy with our purchase and the delivery was 3 working days. I can recommend both the shop and website, thanks Nevisport”

“Ordered a north face coat at an absolute bargain price ( already had one in another colour that cost over £300 ) . Received it when it stated , but here’s where it went downhill and more care is needed. my package came in a very small plastic bag , I looked and thought that cannot be what I ordered as it is quite a bulky jacket but yes it was . I opened the bag to find the coat all stuffed up inside itself in no other packaging !!!! . Was not happy it should have been in a plastic bag and in a box this is how north face sell them . I thought well this will be going back because it’s bound to be snagged or something , but after checking it over it was ok so I kept it . Not sure I would order again if this is the sales care though .”
