“Unfortunately I did not receive my coat contacted parcel force who said they tried to deliver it twice this is a lie my husband and I are always at home then when contacted parcel force they said parcel was back at the depot and would deliver it but I have still not received it very disappointed at my first experience with Nevisport. This coat was a present for my son.”

“Would have scored higher but for their poor communication. No answer to emails, no answer on the telephone number (what's the point of putting a phone number if nobody answers?), no information provided of split order, no confirmation of receipt of return, blank form in the order for making return. I did receive the orders I placed speedily which was good and also the refund for the item I returned but it was not helpful being in the dark about when/whether that would happen.”

“Delivered on time and fast. Boots came up small so had to return. No option to exchange for the next size up so did not order replacement as if did not fit would be left with 2 returns cost.”

“Good boots but had to re order a different size cost me over£12 postage to return. New came quickly but high return postage costs. Size 5 were £75 and a size 4 and half £90…. Same boot… different price.. not sure why?”

“Bought Rab Microlight Jacket in Khaki at a great price from Nevisport. Delivered promptly by RM. No stuff bag was included, despite being advertised. Wrote to Customer Services, who explained, Rab no longer supply them with the garment. Nevisport need to amend their Rab adverts appropriately. Otherwise all was good, in particular, the price offering.”

“I placed an order with Nevisport, as my partner had bought an item from the company, and recommended them to me. The recommendation was based on the clarity of the information on the website, and the service from Nevisport. The item I ordered from Nevisport was a small fit, so I needed to return it. The returns policy and method is straightforward. I am also happy with the service from the company at every stage of my transaction.
