“No problems or issues. Kept informed and delivered as expected, however, the delivery charge for N.I. using Royal Mail is unacceptable, a national service where there is no difference in cost between mainland UK and N.I.”

“Order handled quickly and delivered without a problem. Unfortunately the item description was not accurate to the manufacturers description. These boots were described as walking boots but when they arrived they were not up to the job so checked the north face website and they described them as fashion shoes suitable for city adventures. Had to return them.”

“Thank you for the prompt delivery of two Trango compact walking poles which came well packed, but unfortunately the rubber ferrule was missing off the tip of one stick. I have written to Nevisport about this but have not received a reply. A pity as they're my husband's favourite sticks.”

“Instore service was great apart from when initially purchasing a pair of walking boots, they were handed to me as a size 10 (although we found out the box was actually marked with US sizes not UK). This meant that they did not have stock and had to order online. This was easy to do and came with slight discount. Hopefully get another 2 years 'every day' use of my Oboz shoes!...great value for money!”
