“order arrived as promised - i can't fault them except for the need to improve communication i received no confirmation email when i ordered, and whem i rang no pickup”

“Can't really fault my experience, however my order did mistakenly get sent to my billing address & not the address I specified. However, this was no big deal as I was able to track the package & had the flexibility to leave work to meet the delivery.”

“Good selection of items and prices. However after ordering a poor system is used to keep you updated. 3 to 4 days I had to search the app saying order being prepared. When informed it had been dispatched I was told 3 -7 days and it was there next day. Otherwise good”

“Would have scored higher but for their poor communication. No answer to emails, no answer on the telephone number (what's the point of putting a phone number if nobody answers?), no information provided of split order, no confirmation of receipt of return, blank form in the order for making return. I did receive the orders I placed speedily which was good and also the refund for the item I returned but it was not helpful being in the dark about when/whether that would happen.”

“Good boots but had to re order a different size cost me over£12 postage to return. New came quickly but high return postage costs. Size 5 were £75 and a size 4 and half £90…. Same boot… different price.. not sure why?”

“Great product, great price. Item arrived in expected timeframe. Jacket was just put in delivery envelope, very snug with no other packaging, so when I opened the package, the scissors scraped fabric of the jacket, which was a bit surprising. Good job the scissors weren't overly sharp. Good for the environment but it did lightly scratch the fabric on the arm.”

“Bought a Berghaus Mera Peak jacket. Arrived promptly although it was stuffed into a smallish grey plastic bag and was quite creased when it arrived.”

“Delivered on time as promised. Bit disappointed in the packaging as wetsuit but not protested, just in a thin Jiffy bag, so arrived with a nick I need to repair. To be fair not approached them about it. Otherwise, no issues at all…would use again.”

“Boots very good, but delivery poor with Parcelforce. No communication from Parcelforce it was only by luck checking the email I received from you I could see they had tried to deliver. There was no card left, and I had to wait for the third attempt before I could redirect to local drop off point, then had to wait another 3 days before I could collect. My previous order was delivered by DHL, the communication was so much better than Parcelforce.”

“Easy to use site, prompt delivery. Had to return and reorder as 1st pair were small. Received the new pair, still waiting on the refund for the first pair.”
