“Well I received the berghaus mera peak jacket however I do believe the customer deserves to know how long they shipping would take and who the carrier is. I didn’t receive any information about the order being packed and ready to be shipped etc.”

“Can't really fault my experience, however my order did mistakenly get sent to my billing address & not the address I specified. However, this was no big deal as I was able to track the package & had the flexibility to leave work to meet the delivery.”

“Good selection of items and prices. However after ordering a poor system is used to keep you updated. 3 to 4 days I had to search the app saying order being prepared. When informed it had been dispatched I was told 3 -7 days and it was there next day. Otherwise good”
