Instore service was great apart from when initially purchasing a pair of walking boots, they were handed to me as a size 10 (although we found out the box was actually marked with US sizes not UK). This meant that they did not have stock and had to order online. This was easy to do and came with slight discount. Hopefully get another 2 years 'every day' use of my Oboz shoes!...great value for money!
