“Not impressed with the service to be honest. Did not receive the order for approximately a week. Sent an email, no reply, then eventually called and was informed that the order was stuck in processing. It would have been stuck indefinitely if I had not followed up. Then I received the item and the label showed it as £10 less than what I had paid. Was hoping for a better service.”

“I’d love to leave a review of my items, but they haven’t been delivered yet (order was placed 11 days ago with the promise of 48hr delivery). I have been in contact with nevisport customer services twice about this - a trite and insincere apology was given - but no discount, no refund and no alternative or replacement items offered.”

“A young lad at Nevis sport Fort William was very helpful, which made me decide to order the jacket. Having already had a mountain equipment coat wanted to make sure it still was the same length, which he assured me it was. So we went ahead to purchase it online, it arrived promptly.
