“I was unable to collect my parcel from the shop it was delivered to as DHL had emailed me the wrong code. I tried for several days to contact DHL to report this however it was a complete waste of time as they have still not responded to me. I then made a call to Nevisport on 12th November and spoke to Melissa. Melissa was polite, welcoming of my call, sympathetic of the issue and made immediate contact with DHL for me to request a new code. Needless to say DHL ignored her enquiry and Melissa escalated the enquiry to them on 13th November and they responded to her with a different code from the one they had provided me which allowed me to collect my parcel. Melissa maintained contact with me from 12/11 keeping me updated. The customer service I received from Melissa was excellent and it’s a pleasure to write this review for her. Very competent, friendly and helpful.”

“An excellent store that’s NOT a massive chain store either. Really good products kept to the market price and often it’s cheaper too. Far better than buying for the massive online retailers and Nevis Can be handy for advice first if you call them. Best wishes to them all and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”

“The third time that I have worn these la sportiva ultra raptor II boots and they are leaking in water at the heal area, you cannot now wearthem in the rain. They are a great fit and very comfortable to walk in but definitely not waterproof.”

“Never received item after waiting 2 weeks. Raised a ticket with customer services (2884152) but they seem non existent and still nobody has bothered to get in touch or update my ticket. I wouldn't use this company again for this reason”

“Unfortunately the delivery of my order was inadequate. Both products ordered are in an OK condition, however, one product was delivered successfully but the other I found outside any packaging left on the ground outside the main door of my flat. Luckily I noticed it and it was still in an ok state but I was very disappointed with the packaging. There weren't any holes or rips so it musn't have been packed properly in the first place.”

“Order came and needed to return, not heard anything for 12 day so had to ring and chase up. Yes they had received order back and would process refund and I would receive in 5 working days… why so long? And why did I have to chase it up if they had received the order back?”
