“I bought merrills for my wife. She is delighted with the quality and the attractive appearance of the shoes. For me Nevisport came up trumps for having the right size and style, the speedy delivery and the most competitive price of all of the suppliers that I researched.”

“Ski poles arrive slightly damaged with small chunk out of the grip. Won't affect use so chose not to return. They were not well packaged so might have happened in transit. Arrived promptly and a decent price”

“Hi, thank you for the help with my purchases. They are ideal for what I was looking for. The only difficulty I found was trying to purchase three pairs of trousers on line. I tried numerous times to purchase 3 pairs in the one order but the system wouldn’t let me. I ended up buying three individual pairs which resulted in three postage costs. This amounted to just under £15 pounds. I believe there must be a glitch in your mail order system which should be addressed. Thanks once again.”

“I placed an order for 2 items, then a few days later I received an email stating that one of the items were now not available. 9 days on from placing my order I am still yet to receive the remaining item from my order. This is a bit disappointing considering Nevisport are a reasonably local company”

“Instantly upon completing the order I realised I accidentally order a Navy Rossten, but I wanted a Washed Black. I immediately sent a request to your customersevices email address asking for the order to be CANCELED. Days later you replied that the order had already being processed. This was most unsatisfactory.”

“Bought a pair of womens scarpa boots. Nevisport had a great price almost 70 quid cheaper than other shops. Not had a pair of Scarpa's before but was looking to replace my faithfully 20 year old walking boots. So far so good, done a few miles feel comfy, love the traditional old style. Hopefully I will get some good wear out of them. Could not be service and price for money.”

“The jacket was great, delivery was usless, never trust DHL when they say they will deliver. Waited in all morning with the alotted time, then after the time expired, oops sorry we cannot deliver, they just missed it off the van so you then take another day off in the hope. DPD all day long, this may affect may next order if delivery is with DHL.”

“Been watching out for a couple of his and her Rab coats for sometime and found then at Nexisport at a substantial discount to the Rab website (one was actually out of stock at Rab!). Goods arrived promptly and securely. Very satisfied indeed!”
