“I am very disappointed with these mountain shoes. For quality very good, but for comfort a big round zero 0. For 10 minutes of walking in them the front part of the foot is all in calluses hard, narrow, there are edges that kill the little toe and it is a pain. I ordered size 37 UK 4 but they were too small and I returned them. I ordered 38 size UK5.”

“Not too sure who was at fault, Nevis or the courier DHL but neither the 2 of them would confirm where my package was. DHL tracking said my package had been collected, the following day the said they had no knowledge of my consignment. The next 3 days the tracking displayed "delayed". On asking Nevis if DHL had collected my package, I was advised it's a 3-7 days delivery, if it's not there by 7th day get back to them. Awful service. Wont be using them or DHL again.”

“Ski poles arrive slightly damaged with small chunk out of the grip. Won't affect use so chose not to return. They were not well packaged so might have happened in transit. Arrived promptly and a decent price”
