“There was a fault with one of my Oboz walking boots, Jo at the Middlesbrough branch was extremely helpful locating another size 13 pair and organising the logistics of having them sent from the Kelso branch… Really excellent service. Thank you”

“Hmmm 🤔. New customer here and not a great initial purchasing experience. Ordered some La Sportiva boots on 25th March (payment taken at time of order). No alternative options for delivery - just free (as over £79) delivery within 3-7 working days. Received order confirmation and not a sausage until I chased up the order on 31st March, with issues with their store printer cited for the delay in dispatch. To be fair to Nevisport, a timely response was received to all of my enquiries, however not always tallying up with the reality. Long story short, on 9th April after issues with their courier DHL, my order arrived intact (always a good thing) and as expected. If you are in a hurry, order elsewhere…”

“While I had to return the item purchased this was no fault of Nevis. The refund was done almost immediately and they deserve a great amount of credit for this. So many companies take far too long to activate refunds.”
