“Terrible company to deal with. Item not received. Nevisport say they sent it out, courier say they have not received it. 11 days later I have no item and no refund. Customer service are no help and just read off a script and fob you off, keep saying it will arrive even though DHL say they do not have the item. I’m in limbo not even so much as a sorry.”

“To be honest i wasnt happy that purchase a product that was faulty, but i have to say the service was brilliant and it was very straight forward. Also, i got my refund but sometimes stuff happens and it no blame to Nevisports...just a faulty item came”
