Would have scored higher but for their poor communication. No answer to emails, no answer on the telephone number (what's the point of putting a phone number if nobody answers?), no information provided of split order, no confirmation of receipt of return, blank form in the order for making return. I did receive the orders I placed speedily which was good and also the refund for the item I returned but it was not helpful being in the dark about when/whether that would happen.
