We engrave all our medals, trophies, and glass awards in-house using both state of the art laser etching and traditional drag engraving for our awards.

We have a quick turn around time and offer express shipping options all over the world, to make sure your order arrives in good time for your presentation. “Very pleased with the customer service which corrected a mistake in the graduation glass plaque for my nephew. They responded very quickly to my email and sent me another plaque within 2 days with the correction. Very pleased with the Plaque & engraving.”

“The quality of the trophies and the presentation boxes were very nice. However, I made an express order and paid and it was not delivered with no feedback from the company. I had to cancel the event the awards were scheduled for. If I didn't chase the company the following week, I still would not have received any feedback about my paid order. This was quite stressful and disappointing for the volunteer awardees and the organisation as a whole. Also, I'm still awaiting a refund for the payment i made for express delivery which did not happen.”

“I ordered an award plaque to be engraved and the team were extremely friendly and polite and answered all my questions before ordering. They were extremely helpful and the award plaque was perfect. Amazing service and product and super fast delivery! I will definitely order from here again. Good value for money as well. I cannot fault them. Thank you to Tom and the team! 😊”
