North East Trophies are one of the leading online trophy and awards companies. We have over 30 years engraving experience and are proud to offer a full personalisation service. We engrave all our medals, trophies, and glass awards in-house using both state of the art laser etching and traditional drag engraving for our awards.

We have a quick turn around time and offer express shipping options all over the world, to make sure your order arrives in good time for your presentation. “These trophies were intended for presentation to senior representatives of our key corporate sponsors, BMW and Carole Nash Insurance as well as the charity I supported through a recent fundraising event. Unfortunately, the trophies are not of a standard suitable for such an important occasion. The issues with the trophies include: Poor overall finish Chips on the stands Sharp, exposed mesh steel edges Internal mesh not covering the required area One trophy is off-centre on its base Excessively thick paint application on the bases, appearing as though it’s running off I was told I’d be issued a refund and a company would collect the trophies. This has not happened”

“My son was over the moon to recieve his trophy. The package was well wrapped and the trophy was really protected. Beautiful trophy. The photos online don't do it justice. Will definitely be ordering again”

“Very disappointed and out of pocket as we ordered a 6 inch award to match the previous awards ordered and received a 4 inch award which was far to small for our requirements. When ordering the size had obviously reverted back to 4 inch as it turned out 6inch was out of stock but it did not state this when completing order!!! We contacted the company and were told they could order another and we would only pay half price BUT .... it would be the 4 inch again meaning we would then be paying twice for something we didnt want. We are now left with a trophy we cannot use and wehad to go elsewhere in the end.”

We completely understand your frustration, especially when trying to match previous awards. Just to explain, the 6-inch version was unfortunately out of stock at the time, so the website only allowed the 4-inch option to be selected. This size was shown on the product page, in your basket at checkout and in the order confirmation email - but we realise how easy it can be to miss, especially when you're expecting a specific size. It seems there was a misunderstanding during the ordering process, and we’re truly sorry for any confusion caused. If you could contact us via email, we'll be happy to refund either 50% of the order if you'd like to keep the item or you can return the item for a full refund. We're sorry this situation led you to go elsewhere, and we do appreciate your past custom. “I contacted NE Trophies as I had some unique designs that I needed engraving. I sent over images to be rendered and after a few adjustments, I went ahead with ordering 16 in total. They arrived 3 days later and were better than I'd expected. The team there were exceptional and couldn't have helped any more than they did. The trophies turned up very well packaged and are all now in the hands of the recipients.”
