We engrave all our medals, trophies, and glass awards in-house using both state of the art laser etching and traditional drag engraving for our awards.

We have a quick turn around time and offer express shipping options all over the world, to make sure your order arrives in good time for your presentation. “I paid $18.95 shipping for one trophy, only to find out that I was charged an additional $22.00, that was added onto our store UPS account. I should have bee told that there was going to be additional charges. I lost money on the trophy that I sold from you, this will be my one and only order palced with you.”

Hello Lee, We’re sorry to hear how frustrating this was. The $18.95 paid to us was the shipping charge for your order. The additional $22.00 was an import duty or customs-related charge billed separately by UPS. These charges are set outside of our control and are not included within our shipping price. We do display a notice beneath our shipping options advising that additional import fees and duties may apply. However, we appreciate from your feedback that this was not clear enough, and we have now amended the wording on our website to make it much more explicit that any applicable import charges are payable separately by the recipient. “Although unable to provide the size of the trophy we ordered due to supplier issues, kept us informed - arranged for another to be sent, slightly smaller and refunded the difference very quickly. Very good service, and when order arrived - well packaged and secure. Would highly recommend.”
