“Good course and easy to use. The only criticism is that there are a number of mistakes in the wording of the course and the questions. Also a few discrepancies between the written and the simultaneous verbal versions. I suggest a more careful proof-reading before release would have been a good idea. Other than that, all good. Thanks”

“The only reason im giving a 4 star is because, she takes forever talking. This exam could be completed in 2 hours maximum! But over all im over ove the moon. Bring on level 3!!”

“In the test if you want respondents to know how many options to tick then tell them in the question. I may have lost consciousness during the law module - but generally you have made a fairly dry subject as interesting as possible. I appreciate it is very serious (am a mild clean freak at work) but actually you are more likely to maintain trainee full attention if you inject some wit. Thanks”

“I found it a bit fragmented, but that is probably because I'm getting old. It's not the course, it's me. Winged it a bit and scraped through, but made up.”

“Overall the course covers all that is needed, if not too much. I found some of the questions in the final test were not covered in the modules. The overall format probably needs updating sometime soon.”

“I found the voice commentary distracting when she mis-pronounced words - I ended up looking at the words to check what she was saying rather than listening to the content! I also found some modules very long to fit in with other essential tasks. I realise that the content is a lot but surely the modules could be split.”

“I enjoyed doing the NCASS Training, it's nice to learn something new. It was well presented and easy to follow. The only downside was the spelling!!! I am a bit of a perfectionist, and it annoyed me a bit because of the imperfections. But all in all, 'Well Done' to your team for processing this Training. I know a lot work/time has been put in to it. Thank you.”

“Completed the Level 2 course, extremely thorough and well thought out, maybe a tad strenuous on the attention span as you have to wait every slide for a specific time even if you’ve read all the information already. Aside from that very pleased with my pass.”

“Very informative, but way too long, lots of unnesercary slides - however can be completed in 6 - 7 hours if you focus.”

“Great course with very useful and applicable information. One issue I did have with it was the speed at which the information appeared. The course could have been completed in less time had this not been the case. Of course you don't want people skimming through the information, but the snail pace did become frustrating.”

“I thought was good and informative, would be good if you had the option to pause instead of waiting for a slide to finish. And also if we could speed up the narration.”

“very comprehensive. the training slides are handy with narration but could be better if slides are complete and not slowed down so it gives the quicker learner a chance to shorten the revision time.”
