“One of your assessment answers used the term - 'All of the above' It was the top selection with other answers below. This phrasing is confusing as there were no options above. Other than that, the course was easily accessed, information clearly presented and concise.”

“Found a couple of the questions woeded ambiguously and answered back to front which was slightly frustrating. My advise would be to read not just 3 times but 5 or 6!”

“okay but the exam page was very difficult to scroll down- half of the question section was often not visible with all the answers in view. The last part took me several minutes to see the page and submit”

“yes modest course for Self employed people . I am lucky I worked in quelity places a lot and learned already. However the course should be active a practical for new members. Manfred Regards”

“the time is too short and scrolling up and down on the test is a bit difficult to deal with when taken the test. the system makes it harder whem scroling down between the question.”
