“Excellent informative course making me feel well prepared in my business. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't move the slides on more quickly, I read rather than listened to the words but had to wait too long before I could move on to the next slide.”

“Good information, some frustrations. Very anoying to have to wait until the voice over has finished reading to be able to move on. I wasalso annoyed to have to do 2 of the modules twice as it wouldnt move me on and just logged me out.”

“Very thorough course, however with the test it does not allow you to change your answer if you need to which is annoying and also does not allow you to see the correct answers to questions you get wrong after the test completion.”

“Sometimes the pages wouldn’t work and also the log in was a bit funny. Also some of the multiple choice answers were hard to live up on the screen. Overall was fairly easy to use.”

“on each module you are asked a few questions. I got a couple wrong but it does not give you the right answer. This also refers to the test where you can review your answers but not find the correct answer to the ones you answered incorrectly.”

“Comprehensive and easy to red but screen flow is very slow. Test questions should be checked as there are a small number that are poorly worded and one that was worded incorrectly.”

“I found the course relatively easy to follow, giving full descriptions of the information needed. However, on number occasions after completing a module it would remove all of my progress, meaning I would have to re-do that module.”

“Training goes into good depth. Had some technical difficulty with the slides, might be a good idea to update these and make them more compatible with Firefox etc. Otherwise went OK.”

“A very easy to use course. You can take your time whilst doing it. Stopping and starting where you left off. A voice over reading the facts helped me. There are a few questions after each module to refresh your learning. All done in the comfort of home or your work place.”
