“A good quality course however there are a few spelling arrors through the slides and some of the end of module "knowledge tests" contain questions about things not actually covered in the slides. One in particular lists the same answer twice one being correct and the other registering as wrong. It was a question about times for a licencable premesis. However these tests do not count towards a pass so it's not the end of the world. Other than that the course is of high quality and I would recommend it to others in the industry.”

“I am a complete newbie to this sector and found the training to be to a good level. Unfortunately, I found the software to be a bit glitchy at times and that caused problems with answering the multiple choices. For instance, the attached, the drop down box didn't work at all and froze. There are also a few typos in the course!;)”

“One of the questions on the course it self, not the actual exam, the answer seemed to contradict the teaching. I clicked on the paper towel as the best way to dry your hands which was in the teaching but it said I was wrong. I think it might have been a computer blip. Otherwise the course was really informative and easy to use.”

“The content was fine, however some of the expectations of medical emergency treatments were beyond what would be reasonable person would assume without practical, hands on demonstrations. The slides rotate so slowly that I was thinking that I was the one suffering a seizure, please speed them up”

“Good training, very in-depth. My only criticism is we dont get to see the correct answers on the questions we got wrong at the end of the test. Which is quite important.”

“Pretty easy to follow. Would like to have capability of moving to next slide quicker rather than waiting for narrative to finish. I could read it quicker than the slow reading delivery! Also, the test questions need to be clearer about how many answers need to be checked rather than make me guess! Slides 15 and 16 in Module 1 have no audio. Otherwise, all very comprehensive and well presented through the user friendly portal. Well done. Carol”

“The training was a valuable and accessible platform to attain training for the HACCP Levels 1 & 2. My only gripe is that the slides kept sticking and one of the slides had no voice over consistent to the rest of the course.”

“The Course is a little long winded but very informative, it has taught me some pieces of information that I did not know, I now feel that I can improve my working practice that little bit more, which is always good”
